Several surfers have used the last storm to surf the wave created near the Higer Lighthouse in Hondarribia.
Asier Altuna (Txokito), Jon Goikoetxea and Javier Sobrado recorded these spectacular images and Jon himself has been editing the video.
The storm has created giant waves this week, and have therefore been few waves that have been surfing. It has not been the case with the wave of Amuitz, like the Belharra wave in Urruña, this wave is created around Higer Lighthouse in Hondarribia.
Last week, the wave of Amuitz grew to ten meters high, and facing the danger, several surfers dared to try surf it. Bideolan, dedicated to the creation of audiovisual, has called “Dark Swell”.
