Adventure Sports: Canyoning
La Boca, a spectacular canyoning descent on the river Aragon. A gorge in its purest state for canyoning.
La Boca del Infierno, near the town of Siresa, is the natural pass that gives access to the Oza forest and Valle de Hecho Natural Park, through which all the waters of the valley flow by its Aragón Subordán river and which in a short stretch of 1.5km narrows its course to give way to the sculpted limestone gorge where we will make our canyoning descent.
After a few minutes of access to the river, we find ourselves in a stretch of walking on boulders with some short jumps into the water that will help us to cool off. We enter a narrow area of the ravine where we can enjoy some slides and short jumps to enter the area of the embedded block with a jump to the water of 8m. or optional rappel.
Once past the narrow area, we head towards the Boca del Infierno (Hell’s Mouth), with a few cliffs and ledges to overcome before entering the mouth room with a 6m waterfall into a large pool and a dark area that will captivate us.
A short walk along an open riverbed leads us to the exit of the ravine, which in a few minutes will take us to our vehicles.
If you want to make a weekend trip and organise an activity with family or friends, fun and suitable for everyone, this is the ideal activity.
Don’t hesitate and come and discover the world of canyoning in the beautiful Boca del Infierno canyon.
