This Cantabrian ferrata runs along an imposing wall, but the route is more accessible than it looks from below.

A simple and very attractive activity, due to its sensations of safety and aerial “atmosphere”, with an ascent of a 120-metre high wall, with a 300-metre long route.

The Via Ferrata of El Cáliz is divided into two sections, the first is simple and suitable for getting to know the environment and for the second section you can choose between a “somewhat difficult” or “difficult” ascent. The progression will be by means of traverses inserted in the wall and secured to a steel cable.

After the presentation, we will distribute the technical material and we will approach in 10 minutes to the beginning of the Via Ferrata. The ascent will take approximately 2 or 3 hours. To finish, we will descend by means of a 15 minutes or 45 minutes walk, to choose.
