It takes place in a magnificent canyon-gorge environment, and is a fairly aquatic initiation route with cliffs, slides and jumps.

Level: I–Beginners.

The Gorgol is a canyon with a fun and accessible descent, a canyon that concentrates in its short course jumps, slides and abseils, surrounded by a fantastic landscape. A canyon with easy access, beautiful aesthetics and perfect for beginners in the practice of canyoning.

After the introductions, we will go to the second car park that gives direct access to the ravine. Once there, we will prepare the specific materials for the activity and in a beautiful approach through a beech forest lasting 20-25 minutes we will arrive at the head of the Gorgol ravine, in the vicinity of the Peña Telera mountain.

The canyon starts from less to more and becomes more and more exciting as we advance. We overcome the first chaos of rocks and ledges in a comfortable way and we reach a succession of slides that will take us to the Sala Estrecho, where there are various possibilities to overcome the waterfall. You can abseil, go down a zip line or enter through a hole between the rocks through a small rock chaos to then descend the waterfall and the slide that ends in a small jump.

A final 18-metre high abseil, accessed by a 10-metre handrail, and a final jump or slide, leads us to an area of rock chaos where we conclude the activity on a bridge where the sporting section ends with interest, and in 5 minutes we reach our vehicles.
