A widely used team building technique, a personalised programme in which key words are chosen to be worked on with each group and analysed globally at the end of the programme.
The programme is divided into 2 phases: In the first one, 6 tests are carried out in which each test the teams score according to the results and get a letter at the end of the test, which they can see for 30 seconds.
At the end of the six tests, they will take a final test in which they will have to solve the key word of each group, analysing all the words obtained between all the groups at the end.
